We are seeking a Web Specialist (Analyst / Associate) with expertise in Adobe Target to support digital initiatives across the APAC region, particularly in Australia and Asia ex-Japan. This role will be responsible for delivering web personalization, site operations, and analytics support for key digital projects. Key Responsibilities: Execute web personalization initiatives using Adobe Test and Target to enhance user experience and engagement. Provide site operations support , including content updates, site hygiene, and health monitoring. Assist in web analytics and dashboard creation using Adobe Analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of digital strategies. Qualifications & Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in web management and personalization. Strong proficiency in Adobe Test & Target , Adobe Analytics , and Content Management Systems (CMS) . Experience working on web analytics, campaign optimization, and dashboard creation. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. High attention to detail, fast learner, and motivated to build a long-term career in digital and data management. Prior experience in a professional corporate environment is preferred.
