Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth. Identify potential clients and build relationships with them to acquire new businesses. Conduct client onboarding process by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions. Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, recruitment) to deliver exceptional service to clients. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the staffing industry. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction over phone calls, emails, or meetings. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
