Relationship Manager- Wealth Management Location- Gurgaon Experience - 2-4 Years Role Description We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager – Wealth Management to manage and grow a portfolio of HNI/Ultra-HNI and corporate clients by offering tailored financial and investment solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage relationships with HNI, Ultra-HNI, and corporate clients to drive AUM and revenue growth. Understand clients’ financial goals, risk appetite, and investment preferences to create customized wealth management strategies. Provide end-to-end advisory on investments, insurance, tax planning, and estate planning. Advise clients on portfolio structuring, asset allocation, and rebalancing based on market trends and suitability. Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance updates with clients. Ensure 100% compliance with SEBI/RBI/IRDA regulations and internal policies. Acquire new HNI clients through networking, referrals, and market intelligence. Maintain proper KYC, documentation, and audit-ready records. Skills & Qualifications • Strong knowledge of wealth products: MF, PMS, AIF, Bonds, Insurance, NPS • Excellent communication and client engagement skills • Market awareness and analytical ability • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance/Commerce/Business • Certifications preferred: NISM VA, NISM XA/XB, IRDA
