WE ARE HIRING Sports Academy Launch Manager --- About Us We are launching a brand-new Sports Academy offering badminton, football, and cricket coaching. Our mission is to create a high-quality training and recreation hub for students and sports enthusiasts. --- Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic individual to set up and manage our sports academy from scratch. This is an entrepreneurial role — you’ll handle everything from operations to marketing to team building. --- Key Responsibilities Finalize and implement the academy’s sports programs, schedules, and fee structures Coordinate with vendors for equipment procurement and facility setup Recruit and onboard qualified coaches/trainers Drive marketing campaigns (online + offline) and partnerships with schools, colleges, and clubs --- Desired Profile Background in sports/fitness management, event management, or operations (1–5 years) Passion for sports and willingness to work in a startup environment Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and multitask Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work from home Work Location: In person
