As a Business Analyst at Firstsource Solutions Limited, you will be a key member of the Business Transformation Advisory team, contributing to the identification, improvement, and development of digital solutions that align with the strategic goals of the organization and its clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage in high-priority initiatives and collaborate across multiple business segments, fostering a deep understanding of diverse industries. Your responsibilities will include driving process analysis, conducting opportunity assessments, facilitating stakeholder communication through workshops and meetings, and performing various types of business analysis such as capability assessment, business process analysis, financial analysis, and feasibility analysis. You will be tasked with eliciting requirements, identifying solutions, and delivering well-defined functional specification documents, including business process mapping/modeling and BRDs. Effective communication and coordination with development and testing teams will be crucial to ensure the accurate tracking and implementation of requirements. Furthermore, you will act as a liaison between business and technology teams, cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders through collaborative efforts. Your support in research, analytics, and data gathering activities will be instrumental in informing decision-making processes. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of marketing, product, and capability collaterals to enhance organizational offerings. Ideally, you will possess a well-rounded background in the BFSI and/or healthcare domains, complemented by proficiency in MS Office and exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities are essential, as is the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines. A proactive, results-driven attitude, coupled with a willingness to adapt to rapid changes and a keen ability to prioritize tasks effectively, will be key to your success in this role. To be considered for this position, candidates should hold a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, with 3-7 years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years in process/management/digital consulting. Familiarity with process mining, process modeling tools, and methodologies is advantageous, as is certification in automation, particularly UiPath/AA RPA. Possession of a business analyst certification, such as ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, or AAC, will be viewed favorably and demonstrate your commitment to excellence in the field.,
