About Us A3 IT Solutions is a leading IT training and skill development institute dedicated to preparing students and professionals for the digital future. We offer training in Web Development, Data Science, Digital Marketing, Cloud Computing, and more. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our team and drive growth through student enrollments, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, colleges, and corporate partners. Promote A3 IT Solutions’ courses and services via presentations, seminars, and meetings. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/enrollment targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that attract potential students and clients. Prepare business proposals, MoUs, and presentations for clients and institutional partners. Manage inquiries, follow up with leads, and convert them into enrollments. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in business development / sales / education sector (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong networking abilities and a proactive approach to generating leads. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
