A2R+ Ambassador (Counselling Psychologist)

As a potential candidate for Sukoon Health, you will be part of a team working towards building India's first specialized chain of hospitals dedicated to acute and severe mental health conditions. Sukoon aims to establish 1000 beds across 40 units for adult, acute inpatient care throughout India, with plans for expansion into areas like de-addiction, child development disabilities, and dementia care. To be considered for this role, you should ideally hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or equivalent and have at least 1 year of relevant experience. If selected, your responsibilities will include: - Monitoring A2R+ model forms such as nurses intake, doctors intake, case formulation, and MDT forms - Scheduling and coordinating MDT meetings while keeping patients and families informed - Ensuring timely updates on referral doctor treatments every 7 days - Completing A2R+ discharge summaries which involve data input, alignment, printing, and handover If you are passionate about mental health, innovation, and making a lasting impact, Sukoon Health is the place for you.
