Role & responsibilities Dispense Genivis Remedies products and other prescribed/OTC medicines accurately. Educate customers about the benefits, usage, and dosage of Genivis Remedies medicines. Promote Genivis products by recommending suitable options to customers as per their needs. Ensure prescriptions are checked thoroughly before selling any medication. Maintain proper stock levels of Genivis products and monitor expiry dates. Generate bills using pharmacy billing software and manage transactions efficiently. Maintain records of sales, prescriptions, and Genivis product movement. Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with pharmacy regulations. Coordinate with the distributor/company for restocking Genivis medicines. Provide courteous and informed customer service, addressing queries about Genivis products. Preferred candidate profile Basic knowledge of medicines and drug interactions Good communication and customer service skills Familiarity with pharmacy software and billing systems Attention to detail and accuracy
