Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Assistant to support the daily operations of our finance and accounting department. The ideal candidate will assist with data entry, financial recordkeeping, and basic financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial documents and reports Process invoices, expense reports, and payments Reconcile bank statements and company accounts Maintain digital and physical financial records in an organized manner Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Handle petty cash and assist with cash flow monitoring Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payments and billing issues Assist auditors and prepare supporting documentation as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards
