About the Role We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join our Audit & Compliance team . Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing audit engagements under the guidance of senior auditors/partners. Perform detailed testing of financial statements and internal controls. Analyse and document audit findings; support preparation of audit reports. Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries. Conduct research on accounting standards, auditing practices, taxation rules, and financial regulations. Handle team coordination, training, and research assignments. Stay updated on accounting, taxation, and regulatory developments. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements. Qualifications Analyst / Associate Bachelor of Commerce (1 - 5 year experience preferred) Assistant Manager Semi-Qualified CA (0 - 2 year experience preferred) Manager Qualified CA (01 year experience preferred) What Were Looking For Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards Good knowledge of taxation laws Strong communication & interpersonal skills (grooming & language proficiency) Passion for accounting, finance, and law Ability to work in a team-driven, deadline-focused environment Why Join Us?
