Senior Regional/ Regional Manager Chennai/ Kolkata Location: Chennai/ Kolkata Position Overview Lead the B2C sales efforts, focusing on high-value equity and asset management solutions. Ideal candidates will have strong experience selling to HNI clients with expertise in equity markets, AIF & PMS products, and delivering on ambitious revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Drive daily sales interactions with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). Sell AIF & PMS product suites (preferred) and manage full-cycle equity and asset management deals. Achieve targets in high-ticket transactions (significant deal sizes). Design and execute localized sales strategies to grow market share. Foster robust relationships with existing and new HNI clients. Deliver impactful presentations and customized investment proposals. Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and AUM, while providing regular reports. Experience & Skills Required: Minimum 5- 10 years of B2C sales experience, with a proven record in Chennai/ Kolkata. Strong background in equity markets and asset management. Hands-on experience selling high-ticket products to HNI clientele. Daily client engagement with strong relationship-building abilities. Prior experience with AIF & PMS products (preferred). Proficiency in negotiating, analytics, and high-impact presentations.
