Role Description We are seeking a full-time Store Assistant for our on-site location in Rajkot. The Store Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers, managing retail sales, stocking items, organizing inventory, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment. This role also involves providing excellent customer service, supporting team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers and team members. Prior experience in customer service and retail sales to manage and respond to customer needs efficiently. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage inventory and store operations systematically. Capability to provide training and support to team members whenever necessary. High level of attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience in retail or procurement-related settings is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in Retail or Business Management is advantageous.
