Key Account Manager (KAM), 91Wheels (CPS) Job Description Role: Key Account Manager (KAM) — 91Wheels (CPS) • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in account management, category management, business strategy or associated roles. Bachelors from Tier 1 engineering or management degree is preferred. • Openings: 1 • Work mode: Onsite – Gurgaon • Start: Rolling Reporting to: Vinil Arora, VP: Sales • CTC: 10-15LPA (negotiable for exceptional candidates) Why this role exists Vansun has interests across Auto (91Wheels), Astro (91Astro), Fintech (Drivio), and Media (Unicorn Tech Media) businesses. 91Wheels’ CPS (Cost Per Sale) business partners with leading Auto OEMs to turn high-intent demand into retail outcomes. We need a hands-on owner who can run key OEM programs end-to-end—forecast, align, unblock, and improve unit economics—while keeping clients confident and internal teams on track. What you’ll do Own revenue, acceptance, and profitability for assigned OEM accounts. Build monthly/weekly projections (City × Brand × Channel); agree targets with clients. Turn messy reports into clear cuts and actions (scale, pause, fix, test). Drive SLA discipline across our call centre operations and marketing; remove blockers fast. Run business reviews with clean decks: what changed, why, what we’ll do. Track rejections/duplicates; conduct root cause analysis so that we always deliver quality service to our clients. Keep a tight Action Log and maintain clean and timely relationships with internal owners and client SPOCs. Use AI/automation wisely (optional) to summarize data and draft updates. You’ll Thrive in this Role if You Have: Skills Strong analytics in Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots, basic models); clean decks. Forecasting & PnL sense; can balance CPL/CPAL/volume/acceptance trade-offs. Client-facing communication: crisp emails, calm reviews, respectful pushback. (Bonus) Comfort with Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau; basic SQL or automation is a plus. Behaviours Punctual, reliable, on-site; respects the team’s time. Ownership over excuses; bias to ship; documents decisions. Coachability; asks for help early; raises risks before they explode.
