Job Description

Job Title: Finishing Supervisor Location: [Riyadh] Job Type: [Full-Time / Contract] We are currently looking for an experienced Finishing Supervisor to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the final finishing works on-site, ensuring the highest quality standards are met and that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all site finishing activities, including painting, plastering, flooring, tiling, and joinery. Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards. Manage subcontractors and trades to maintain progress and quality. Conduct regular inspections and resolve site issues promptly. Liaise with site managers, engineers, and the project team to meet deadlines and handover requirements. Requirements: Minimum [8] years experience in a similar Finishing Supervisor role. Strong technical knowledge of finishing processes and materials. Any Civil Diploma or Degree Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
