Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for all open positions across departments. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment agencies. Write and post clear, compelling job descriptions and advertisements. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Conduct reference and background checks. Support onboarding activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Track and report key recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.). Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies, diversity goals, and labor laws.
