Develop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle. Automate deployment processes and continuously optimize infrastructure for scalability and performance. Ensure proper configuration management and environment consistency across development, staging, and production environments. Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance issues, ensuring high availability and reliability of services. Collaborate with developers, quality assurance teams, and operations to improve workflows and eliminate bottlenecks. Lead efforts to enhance security practices and implement necessary compliance measures across the infrastructure. Stay current with emerging technologies and tools, applying them to improve system performance and team productivity. REPORTING LINE You will report to the Manager I, Development Operation. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Science or MCA. Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS. Advanced proficiency with DevOps tools and methodologies, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or CloudFormation. Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, etc. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Shell scripting for automating tasks. Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. Strong understanding of system monitoring, logging, and alerting tools. Solid understanding of security best practices and compliance for cloud environments. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams. Proven experience in solving complex technical challenges and optimizing infrastructure for performance. PREFERRED SKILLS AWS Certified SysOps/Developer Associate. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps/ Bitbucket CICD Pipeline. Hands-on experience Terraform. Hands-on experience with AWS Cloudformation/SAM. Knowledge of Backup and Recovery.

RESPONSIBILITIES Enhance user stories with detailed information to be displayed or captured, including acceptance criteria, and create story maps and sketches for product discovery and mapping releases based on stakeholder needs. Develop and manage release plans across multiple products, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and strategic business goals, and regularly update and communicate these plans to all stakeholders. Assist in the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, facilitating communication among stakeholders and gathering requirements to monitor progress effectively. Create and maintain Sprint-wise Service Desk Ticket Trackers and Gantt charts for project timelines while efficiently managing product Service Desk tickets for incidents, changes, knowledge, and problem management. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and plans to ensure project success, facilitating workshops for user role and persona identification and engaging in discussions with external stakeholders regarding change management. Assist in backlog prioritization and facilitate backlog refinement sessions, while conducting extended Scrum cadences such as Product Backlog Refinement and Story Writing Workshops. Gather and analyze feedback from external stakeholders to suggest product improvements and enhancements, and support the sharing of Service Desk tickets for each Sprint with stakeholders while maintaining a Ready Sprints Tracker. Assist in generating bi-monthly Pipeline Utilization Reports, AMS Reports, and Dynamic Change Request reports for external stakeholders.
