Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners. Coordinate technical and commercial discussions with clients and internal teams. Support product validation, field trials, and demonstration activities. Provide technical training and troubleshooting for partners and sales teams. Participate in industry events and exhibitions to support business growth. Assist in proposal preparation, partner meetings, and market analysis. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors/masters degree in agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Sciences, Biotechnology, or related fields. MBA in Agribusiness preferred. Knowledge of biological products (bio stimulants, biofertilizers). Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language. Willingness to travel extensively across India. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical acumen in agronomy and biological products. Proficiency in MS Office, especially in PPT presentations and data analysis. Excellent relationship management and business orientation. Strong analytical and organizational skills to handle multiple projects. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
