Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tripura, India. As a Front Desk Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction, managing receptionist duties, handling reservations, and maintaining clear communication with clients and staff members. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting visitors, managing phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and handling Reservations Strong Communication skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a front desk or management role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
