Expense Tracking: Record and categorize company expenses, including fuel, maintenance, driver wages, insurance, and office costs. Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing, including the verification of timesheets, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, including Profit and Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow reports. Tax Compliance: Assist in the preparation of tax filings, including sales tax, payroll tax, and quarterly estimated tax payments. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts. Investigate discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
