Content Planning: Develop and plan radio program content, including topics, scripts, interviews, and features, to engage the target audience. Script Editing: Review and edit scripts for radio shows, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and engaging storytelling. Voice Direction: Provide guidance to radio hosts and announcers regarding voice modulation, tone, and style for on-air delivery. Technical Oversight: Coordinate with technical teams to ensure proper sound quality, transitions, and broadcasting standards. Live Broadcasts: Manage live broadcasts, cueing segments, music, and advertisements, while adhering to broadcast schedules. Guest Coordination: Arrange and coordinate guest interviews, ensuring smooth interactions and compelling content. Post-Production: Oversee the editing, mixing, and post-production processes to produce high-quality radio content. Audience Engagement: Interact with listeners, respond to feedback, and integrate audience participation into radio programming.
