Location: Candolim, Goa Salary: ₹75,000 – ₹80,000 (in hand) Accommodation: Provided Experience: Minimum 2+ years (in a 4 or 5-star property) Joining: Immediate joiner preferred Job Description: We are looking for an experienced *Chief Engineer* to join our team at a premium property in Candolim, Goa. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and prior experience managing the engineering operations of a luxury hotel or resort. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations of the property. * Ensure all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems are functioning efficiently. * Implement preventive maintenance schedules and manage repair works. * Supervise the engineering team and allocate tasks effectively. * Coordinate with other departments for smooth hotel operations. * Ensure compliance with all safety and statutory regulations. * Monitor energy consumption and initiate cost-saving measures. Requirements:* * Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chief Engineer or similar role in a 4/5-star property. * Strong knowledge of hotel maintenance systems and preventive maintenance programs. * Leadership and team management skills. * Available for immediate joining.
