5       Axis operator Requirements: ·        Setter cum Operating & Program editing of CNC Siemens Control 3,4 and 5 Axis CNC machine. ·        CNC & VMC machine setting and achieve production target. ·        Knowledge of Fixture’s setting methods. ·        Productivity & Quality improvements. ·        Control Rejections and Rework. ·        Safety continuous implementation. ·        5S implementation and continuous improvements. ·        Good knowledge of Tool setting. ·        Quality gauges setting and handling. ·        Self-disciplined and ability to working in shift. ·        Good Knowledge in Siemens software
