Job Description – Restaurant Growth Manager Location: Bangalore Reporting to: Founder & Management Team Type: Full-time Role Overview The Restaurant Growth Manager will be responsible for driving business expansion, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for The Cafee. This role combines strategic planning, brand building, and operational excellence to scale our presence while ensuring authenticity and consistency. Key Responsibilities Growth Strategy: Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to expand cafe outlets, franchise partnerships, and delivery channels. Revenue & Marketing: Work with marketing teams to design campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to boost footfall and online orders. Customer Experience: Ensure consistent brand experience across outlets; collect customer insights to drive improvements. Franchise Development: Identify, evaluate, and onboard franchise partners to fuel nationwide expansion. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs including revenue growth, CAC, retention rates, and customer satisfaction. Innovation: Suggest new menu items, technology integrations, and operational improvements to stay ahead in the QSR market. Team Synergy: Collaborate closely with operations, marketing, supply chain, and HR to align growth with brand values. --- Key Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 4–8 years of experience in QSR/restaurant growth, business development, or F&B brand scaling. Strong knowledge of franchise models, retail expansion, and digital marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
