Below is the Job description: Designation : Chartered Accountant Experience :Fresher/ 1-2 years Job Location : Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad Roles and Responsibilities · Supervisory responsibilities – Direct/Indirect Monthly · Monthly Audit / verification of accounting records · Preparation of Provisional Accounts on Monthly basis · Statutory compliances of GST, TDS/ TCS including audit of various returns on monthly/ quarterly & assistance in filling of returns · Annual (Finalization of accounts on annual basis) · Preparation of various data for Balance sheet · Preparation of Annual Balance sheet · Liaising with external statutory auditor for Annual Balance sheet & income tax returns · Preparation of various data for Income tax assessment · Preparation of various data external audit for GST laws · Annual statutory compliances of GST laws · Liaising with external statutory auditor for GST compliances · Preparation of various data for GST assessment · Preparation of various data for individuals’ income tax return · Monitor and manage company expenses, ensuring adherence to budgets and cost control measures · Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies · Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. · Maintain records of vendor transactions and ensure timely payments.
