As a 3D Visualizer at our company, you will be responsible for creating photorealistic 3D visualizations for architectural and interior design projects. Your expertise in 3D modeling, rendering, and post-production techniques will be crucial in delivering high-quality results. You should have a strong sense of aesthetics, lighting, materials, and composition to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Create realistic 3D visualizations, renderings, and animations walkthroughs for projects. - Develop 3D models based on Autocad, CAD drawings, or conceptual ideas. - Apply textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results. - Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to understand visualization requirements. - Enhance visual presentations using post-production techniques in Photoshop or other software. - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies in 3D visualization. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory). - Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or AutoCad. - Strong skills in rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona Renderer. - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) for post-production. - Knowledge of AutoCAD, Unreal Engine, Unity or Revit is a plus. - Understanding of lighting, textures, and materials to create high-quality visuals. - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. - Portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization projects.
