The role involves creating realistic 3D models, renderings, animations, and walkthroughs to support design presentations and client approvals. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of design aesthetics, attention to detail, and proficiency in industry-standard visualization software. Key Responsibilities: Develop photo-realistic 3D renderings, models, and animations for architectural, interior, landscape, or product design projects. Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design intent and visualize accordingly. Create 3D walkthroughs, fly-throughs, and VR content for client presentations. Convert 2D plans, elevations, and sketches into detailed 3D visualizations. Optimize lighting, materials, textures, and rendering settings for realistic output. Collaborate with the design team to review and refine visuals based on feedback. Ensure all 3D deliverables meet project deadlines and quality standards. Stay updated with the latest visualization tools, rendering techniques, and trends.
