Responsible for realistic 3D modeling, rendering and post production works.
Should be creative, accurate and adhere to specs in 3D visualization of 2D drawings and concepts.
Should be able to deliver high quality images and visual reality experiences in deadline driven environment. Must have skill to generate realistic walkthroughs.
Work closely with team of architects to understand design intent and translate into stills, animations, walk throughs.
A good portfolio showcasing proficiency at 3D modeling, walkthrough, rendering and post production software for workspace interiors. [Software for stills currently being used: SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop].Knowledge of other software is encouraged.
Should have good architectural understanding and be able to read and interpret drawings[plans, elevations, sections] and apply realistic textures and materials.
Creative with good sense of color, composition, lighting, and spatial design to create visually compelling and appealing images.
Excellence at time management and attention to detail is critical.
Should be a team player with sense of responsibility towards project and people.
