About the Role: We are looking for a highly creative and skilled 3D Visualiser to join our design team. In this role, you will transform architectural concepts and technical drawings into compelling visual stories through high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs. Your work will help communicate design intent, engage clients, and bring unbuilt spaces to life. You’ll collaborate closely with architects, designers, and marketing teams to develop realistic and artistic visual content that aligns with the project vision and brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and visual presentations for architecture and interior design projects. Interpret 2D architectural drawings, sketches, and design briefs to develop accurate and creative 3D models. Produce photorealistic textures, lighting, and materials to enhance visual realism. Collaborate with architects and designers to ensure visuals accurately reflect design intent. Participate in design discussions and offer visual solutions for conceptual development. Manage multiple visualization tasks across different project phases under tight deadlines. Stay current with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve visual output. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, 3D Design, Animation, or related field. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape. Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator). A good eye for composition, lighting, and detail. Understanding of architectural design principles and technical drawings. Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with BIM workflows and software Prior experience working in an architectural or interior design studio.
