Job overview:

Were seeking a talented and motivated 3D Visualiser with 12 years of handson experience who can bring designs to life through highquality 3D models, renderings, and visual effects. The candidate should be able to interpret architectural/interior/design drawings and sketches, apply realistic materials, lighting, and postproduction, collaborate with design teams, and deliver visual assets that align with client expectations.

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 12 years’ experience in 3D visualization / architectural visualization (interior/exterior).
• Proficiency with 3D modelling software (SketchUp, etc.)
• Strong rendering skills (VRay, Lumion, etc.) and good understanding of lighting, texture, materials.
• Good skills in postproduction tools (Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, etc.)
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (plans, elevations, sections).
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality, realistic visuals.
• Good communication skills; ability to understand feedback and revise accordingly.
• Time management, ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 3D models (interiors, exteriors as relevant), based on sketches, CAD/2D drawings or architectural plans.
• Produce photorealistic renderings, including material/texturing, lighting, shadows, reflections, etc.
• Postproduction of renders: editing, compositing, colour correction, adding effects, ensuring final visuals are polished.
• Work with software like SketchUp, VRay, Lumion, etc.
• Coordinate with architects/designers to understand the design intent and iterate visuals based on feedback.
• Generate both still images and, where required, walkthroughs, animations, or flythroughs.
• Manage multiple visualization projects with deadlines; ensure timely delivery.
• Keep up to date with trends, new rendering tools/techniques, materials, lighting practices.
• Possibly assist in presenting visuals to clients or making changes as per client input.
