Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced 3D Visualizer – Exterior Domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural visualization, with expertise in creating realistic and detailed exterior renders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations of building exteriors and landscapes based on architectural designs and client requirements.
• Understand project briefs and convert 2D drawings, CAD files, and sketches into 3D models.
• Work closely with the design team to ensure accuracy and consistency in all visualizations.
• Apply textures, lighting, and rendering techniques to produce final images using 3ds Max, Corona Renderer or any other related software.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Skills in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, specifically in exterior architectural visualization.
• Software Expertise
• Adobe Photoshop (basic to intermediate level for post-production)
• AutoCAD (working knowledge is a plus)
• Strong understanding of architectural drawings, proportions, and detailing.
• Expertise in setting up realistic and dynamic camera angles to highlight architectural features effectively.
• Ability to create high-quality walkthrough animations for exterior views, showcasing designs with smooth transitions and realistic motion paths.
• Skilled in producing photorealistic renders with proper lighting, materials, and environmental settings.
• Good time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and team worker
