The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through phone calls, emails, and online meetings. The role focuses on understanding customer requirements, providing product/service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities:Reach out to potential customers through cold calls, emails, and online platforms to generate leads and sales opportunities. Identify and qualify prospects by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products or services. Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through CRM tools. Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and leads in a timely manner. Collaborate with the field sales and marketing teams to align on strategies and achieve sales targets. Prepare and present sales quotations, proposals, and product demonstrations (if applicable). Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities. Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding customer needs, market trends, and competition. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Performance Metrics:Number of leads generated and qualified. Conversion rate from leads to sales. Revenue achieved vs. target. Customer satisfaction and retention rate. Timely follow-ups and CRM updates. Work Environment: Office-based / Hybrid (depending on company policy). Collaboration with marketing, field sales, and support teams.
