Role Overview: As a 3D Rigging Artist at VSP Black Diamond Media & Production Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for creating efficient and production-ready rigs for characters, props, and creatures to ensure smooth animation workflows. Your role will involve developing character, prop, and creature rigs, collaborating closely with animators, and troubleshooting and optimizing rigs for performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement character, prop, and creature rigs for production. - Create rigs that allow for natural and expressive movement. - Collaborate with animators to ensure rigs are intuitive and functional. - Troubleshoot and optimize rigs for performance and efficiency. - Maintain consistency and quality across all rigging tasks. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Maya (rigging tools & scripting knowledge preferred). - Strong understanding of anatomy, deformation, and skinning. - Knowledge of blendshapes, constraints, and rigging pipelines. - Ability to create flexible and animator-friendly rigs. - Minimum 2+ years of professional experience as a Rigging Artist. - Prior experience in animation, VFX, or gaming projects preferred.,
