Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Additive Manufacturing Engineer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in 3D printing, product development, and CAD/CAM. The ideal candidate will contribute across the entire product lifecycle from design validation to functional prototyping and short-run production. Key Responsibilities: Develop and optimize 3D printed components for functional and production-grade applications. Collaborate with design and R&D teams to interpret CAD data and translate into print-ready formats. Select appropriate materials based on mechanical, thermal, and aesthetic requirements. Operate and maintain FDM, SLA, and/or SLS machines. Troubleshoot printing issues and implement quality improvements. Required Skills: Strong knowledge of CAD tools (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar). Understanding of CAM workflows and slicing software. Experience with polymer material properties and post-processing techniques. Familiarity with DfAM principles.
