3D Motion Graphic Designer

As a 3D Motion Graphic Designer at Aufait Technologies in Calicut, Kerala, you will collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring design concepts to life through innovative motion graphics. Your role will involve creating 3D animations in Blender, designing UI elements, and ensuring that animations are optimized for performance in collaboration with developers. Your work will elevate user experiences, reinforce branding, and deliver high-quality animations for various platforms. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in motion design, with a preference for experience in a UI/UX or digital product environment. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Blender 3D, Premier Pro, Illustrator & Photoshop is essential. A strong portfolio showcasing UI-related animations, product videos, and explainer videos is required, with experience in 3D animated video being advantageous. You should possess excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally and translate creative briefs into compelling storyboards and motion-style frames. Attention to detail, timing, pacing, and transitions is crucial for this role. Additionally, a working knowledge of Lottie, JSON, and GIF animations, as well as basic understanding of audio syncing, color theory, timing, and composition, is mandatory. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including paid sick time. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the job requires in-person presence at the work location.
