3D Motion Designer

We are searching for a talented and versatile Motion Designer with practical experience in After Effects, Element 3D, Blender, and Photoshop to become a part of our creative team. Your main role will involve bringing concepts to life through dynamic motion graphics, 3D animation, and visual storytelling for various projects such as promotional videos, brand content, social media campaigns, and product explainers. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging 2D/3D motion graphics using After Effects and Element 3D for digital and video content. You will also model, texture, light, and animate 3D assets in Blender for use in motion design and visual narratives. Furthermore, designing visual assets, style frames, and storyboards using Photoshop and composite and integrate 3D elements, VFX, and layered visuals within After Effects will be part of your tasks. Collaborating with art directors, editors, and fellow designers to brainstorm concepts and refine animations is essential, along with maintaining an efficient workflow between design and animation tools to ensure quality and consistency. You will also need to adapt animations based on feedback and deliver on time across multiple formats and resolutions, as well as prepare and export final animations optimized for various platforms (web, mobile, broadcast, social media). To qualify for this role, you should have proven experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar position and proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Element 3D, Blender, and Photoshop. A strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, timing, and composition is required, along with the ability to blend 2D and 3D elements seamlessly. A good eye for detail, color, and storytelling, as well as strong organizational and communication skills, will be beneficial. Additionally, the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines is crucial. Nice to have skills include knowledge of other Adobe Creative Suite apps (Illustrator, Premiere Pro), experience with particle systems, simulations, or character animation, and a portfolio showcasing a range of motion design and 3D work.
