Role Overview: As a 3D Modeler specializing in Exterior for architecture and real estate projects at Black Ink Studio, you will play a crucial role in our team's growth story. Your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing and accurate 3D models using software such as 3ds Max, Corona, and AutoCAD. Your eye for detail and understanding of architectural modeling will be key in bringing our projects to life. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your advanced knowledge of 3D software and the architectural field to create high-quality 3D models. - Collaborate with the team to ensure that the 3D models meet the project requirements. - Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D modeling to enhance the quality of our work. Qualifications Required: - Proper knowledge of 3D software and the architectural field. - Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona, and AutoCAD. - Strong understanding of Architectural Modeling for real estate projects.
