3D Artist

In the role of a 3D Artist Generalist at Trelleborg, you will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D assets, such as photorealistic renders and animations for various media platforms. Your tasks will include modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering to ensure visual consistency and support the production pipeline from concept to final delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D models for a variety of assets like products, environments, and props - Develop photorealistic textures and materials using industry-standard tools - Light and render scenes for stills and animations tailored to print, web, and multimedia platforms - Collaborate with art directors, designers, and team members to achieve creative goals - Optimize assets for performance while maintaining visual quality - Contribute to storyboarding and animatics when necessary - Manage projects from concept to final output, meeting deadlines - Maintain file organization and adhere to studio naming conventions and pipeline standards Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Bachelor's degree in 3D Animation, Computer Graphics, Visual Effects, Game Design, or related field - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a 3D artist generalist role, preferably in advertising, film, gaming, product visualization, or architectural visualization - Hands-on experience with the full 3D pipeline including modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and compositing - Strong portfolio showcasing photorealistic renders and animation work In addition to these responsibilities and qualifications, as a 3D Artist Generalist at Trelleborg, you are expected to have competencies in: - Creative Problem Solving - Attention to Detail - Technical Proficiency - Time Management - Collaboration & Communication - Adaptability - Initiative & Ownership - Continuous Learning - Visual Storytelling You will have the opportunity to work in a multicultural environment, receive detailed induction training for your new tasks, and engage in an exciting and interdisciplinary field of activity at Trelleborg.
