3D Artist (Blender Specialist)

You will be responsible for creating realistic 3D environments, machinery, human characters, and workplace scenarios in Blender. Your role will involve animating complex industrial and safety processes with high clarity and accuracy. Collaboration with animators, clients, and safety consultants to effectively communicate through visuals will be a key part of your work. You will need to conduct meetings periodically to understand project briefs and updates. Additionally, experience in collaborating with engineering teams or using technical drawings for modeling will be beneficial. It will be your responsibility to ensure that scenes are optimized for rendering, clarity, and client needs. Key Responsibilities: - Create realistic 3D environments, machinery, characters, and workplace scenarios in Blender - Animate complex industrial and safety processes - Collaborate with animators, clients, and safety consultants for effective communication through visuals - Conduct meetings to understand project briefs and updates - Collaborate with engineering teams or use technical drawings for modeling - Optimize scenes for rendering, clarity, and client requirements Qualifications Required: - Strong command over Blender (modeling, shading, lighting, scene setup) - Keen eye for detail in replicating industrial machines, factory setups, and technical mechanisms - Understanding of rigging, animation & rendering (bonus if known) - Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced production environment In addition to the above job responsibilities and qualifications, if selected, you will be required to create 3D models of machines or technical setups, be willing to relocate to Vadodara for this in-office position, work on safety and industrial animation projects, and accept a salary range of 20,000 - 30,000/month.
