3D Artist - Architectural and Interior design

As a talented and detail-oriented 3D Modeller specializing in architectural and interior design, you will have a strong grasp of 3D modeling tools, architectural detailing, and photorealistic rendering techniques. Working closely with designers, architects, and visualization teams, your role will involve transforming design concepts into immersive and accurate 3D representations. Key Responsibilities: - Create high-quality 3D models of residential, commercial, and institutional architecture and interior spaces. - Develop realistic textures, materials, and lighting for photorealistic renders and walkthroughs. - Work on interior layouts, furniture placements, and decorative elements to enhance the visual appeal. - Optimize 3D assets for performance while maintaining visual quality. - Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and software to improve output quality and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D modeling focused on architecture and interiors after graduation. - Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender (any one mandatory), along with rendering engines. - Experience with Unreal Engine or Unity is a plus. - Strong eye for detail, proportion, lighting, and material accuracy. - Ability to manage time and multiple tasks effectively. In addition to the above, the company values experience in real-time visualization and AR/VR integration as a plus. A passion for architecture, interiors, and design storytelling is also preferred.
