Your creativity and attention to detail will be essential in transforming design concepts into realistic visuals that effectively communicate design intent. **Key Responsibilities:** - Create high-quality 3D visualizations and renders for architectural and interior design projects. - Develop photo-realistic still images, walkthroughs, and flythrough animations for presentations and marketing. - Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to interpret design briefs and translate drawings into visuals. - Model and texture buildings, interiors, landscapes, furniture, and lighting with accuracy and creativity. - Manage and organize visualization assets, including models, textures, and materials. - Optimize rendering workflows for efficiency while maintaining top-tier quality. - Stay updated with the latest visualization software, rendering engines, and trends in architectural visualization. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Design, Animation, or related field. - Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, Blender, or Unreal Engine. - Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and AutoCAD for post-production and layout. - Understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and camera angles for realistic outputs. - Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is an added advantage. - Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
