3D Architectural Visualizer Artist

As a talented and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Visualizer Artist, you will be joining our creative team. Your role will involve turning architectural concepts into high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentations. Key responsibilities include: - Creating high-quality 3D exterior and interior renders, elevations, and walkthroughs. - Developing realistic lighting, textures, materials, and environments. - Understanding architectural drawings to create accurate 3D models. - Collaborating closely with architects, designers, and the creative team to visualize design concepts. - Producing 3D animations, flythroughs, and virtual walkthroughs. - Ensuring timely delivery of visualization assets with attention to detail. - Making revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality standards. - Staying updated with the latest visualization tools and industry trends. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer/3D Artist in architectural design. - Strong proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona Renderer, SketchUp, and basic understanding of AutoCAD. - Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, materials, and color. - Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines. - Strong visualization and conceptual thinking skills. - Good communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications: - Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Animation, or related field. - Experience with walkthrough animation and advanced rendering techniques. - Knowledge of Photoshop for post-production.
