Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled 3D Animation Trainer to join our team and guide aspiring animators in mastering industry-standard tools and techniques. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in 3D animation, an ability to simplify complex concepts, and a dedication to fostering creativity and technical excellence in students. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging and comprehensive training sessions on 3D animation concepts, workflows, and tools such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or other industry-standard software. Teach key aspects of 3D animation, including modeling, rigging, texturing, lighting, animation principles, and rendering. Create and update curriculum materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises tailored to different skill levels (beginner to advanced). Guide students through real-world animation projects, providing feedback and support to help them build a professional portfolio. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to ensure the training curriculum remains relevant and cutting-edge. Foster a creative and collaborative environment to encourage students to experiment and develop their unique animation styles. Evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects, offering constructive feedback to improve their skills. Provide insights into career opportunities in the animation industry, preparing students for potential roles such as 3D Animator, Motion Designer, or VFX Artist. Troubleshoot technical issues students may encounter with software or tools. Should create videos,reels etc using Video editing tools like premiere pro, da vinci etc Requirements: Proven experience as a 3D Animator or 3D Animation Trainer , with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation tools like Blender , Autodesk Maya , 3ds Max , or similar software. Strong understanding of animation principles, character animation, motion graphics, and storytelling. Familiarity with rendering engines (e.g., Arnold, V-Ray, Eevee, or Cycles) and compositing tools (e.g., After Effects, Nuke). Excellent teaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners. Experience in creating training materials, tutorials, or courses. Passion for mentoring and empowering students to achieve their goals. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
