3D Animator with strong mechanical design expertise

Key Responsibilities

• Create

  high-quality 3D animations and visualizations with a focus on mechanical design and engineering systems

  .
• Work with

  3D mechanical models and environments

  in 3ds Max, Blender, and Navisworks Manage 2026.
• Collaborate with engineers, instructional designers, and SMEs to convert

  complex mechanical or architectural designs

  into animated sequences.
• Develop

  camera movements, rigging, lighting, rendering, and scene setups

  tailored for mechanical product presentations.
• Optimize

  mechanical models and animations

  for performance without compromising accuracy or visual fidelity.
• Maintain version control of animation assets and deliver on project timelines.
• Provide

  mechanical design-focused creative input

  during animation development.
• Ensure animations meet

  engineering standards, technical accuracy, and branding requirements

  .

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 24 years

  of professional experience in

  3D animation with mechanical design background

  .
• Proficiency in:

• Autodesk 3ds Max

• Blender

• Navisworks Manage 2026

• Strong understanding of

  animation principles, rigging, lighting, rendering, and optimization

  .
• Experience with

  importing CAD/BIM models

  , especially

  mechanical design datasets

  .
• Ability to translate

  complex mechanical concepts

  into clear and intuitive 3D animations.
• Strong

  attention to detail

  in mechanical modeling and animation.
• Excellent

  collaboration and communication skills
