About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled 3D Animation Trainer who can teach students industry-standard tools, workflows, and creative techniques in 3D animation. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in 3D software and a passion for mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

• Train students in core 3D Animation concepts, including:
• Modeling
• Texturing
• Rigging
• Lighting
• Animation
• Rendering
• Basic VFX (optional)
• Teach industry-standard tools like:
• Autodesk Maya
• Blender
• 3ds Max
• ZBrush (optional)
• Substance Painter (optional)
• After Effects / Premiere Pro (optional)
• Create lesson plans, assignments, and project briefs.
• Provide practical, hands-on training with real-time projects.
• Evaluate student performance and conduct assessments.
• Guide students in building strong demo reels/portfolios.
• Stay updated with latest techniques and trends in the animation industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in 3D Animation and relevant software.
• Practical experience in any part of the 3D production pipeline.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
• Prior teaching or studio experience is a plus.
