JOB PURPOSE We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional, Supply Chain to oversee and lead our supply chain division. This role is responsible for the Profit & Loss (P&L) of the supply chain operations and will play a critical role in managing and optimizing our supply chain activities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply chain management, including third-party logistics (3PL), and demonstrate a strong ability to drive operational excellence and financial performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES P&L Management: Develop and manage the annual budget for the supply chain division. Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to ensure the division meets or exceeds financial targets. Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive initiatives to improve profitability. Operational Management: Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory management, transportation, and distribution. Ensure efficient and effective 3PL operations, fostering strong partnerships with third-party logistics providers. Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency and productivity. Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet business demands while minimizing carrying costs. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives. Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive supply chain innovation and transformation. Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive. Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing supply chain team. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews. Customer Service and Relationship Management: Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of customer orders. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and suppliers. Address and resolve supply chain issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Educational Qualification(s): Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related fields.
