Job Description

JOB PURPOSE As a Business Analyst at Transgreen, this role will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and senior leadership team in driving strategic initiatives and decision-making. You will bring your expertise in food manufacturing, logistics, food technology consumer & market data to analyze key business operations, optimize processes, and identify growth opportunities. This role requires a professional with strong analytical capabilities, industry-specific knowledge, and exceptional communication skills to streamline operations, improve business performance, and support the companys goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Support & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and effective decision-making. Represent the CEO in internal and external meetings, offering professional and effective communication and coordination. Data Analysis & Reporting Analyze manufacturing, logistics, supply chain performance, and other operational data, focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Prepare and deliver clear, actionable insights through operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries to enhance business outcomes. Create and present reports, memos, presentations, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders. Project Management & Coordination Assist in the management of key operational projects, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring initiatives stay on track and within scope. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring the effective execution of tasks and timely resolution of issues. Operational Strategy & Process Improvement Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and operational efficiencies across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and food technology sectors. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategies that streamline operations and drive business growth. Assist in drafting policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure compliance and improve overall operational effectiveness. Industry Trends & Best Practices Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in logistics and food technology. Contribute to the development of new initiatives and operational strategies based on industry insights and evolving market needs. Critical Data Study and Structuring of Innovation, NPD & RnD activities of Transgreen. Cross-Departmental Collaboration Work closely with various departments, including Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Finance, and Innovation teams, to ensure alignment and seamless operations. Provide actionable recommendations to different teams to optimize workflow and productivity. Meetings & Vendor Management Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, including vendor visits, client discussions, and internal team sessions. Support the negotiation and management of vendor relationships, ensuring optimal service delivery and performance. Ad-Hoc Support Provide research, presentations, and support for operational problem-solving as required by management. Contribute to other tasks and special projects as needed to support organizational priorities. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Educational Qualification(s): Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Strategy, Marketing, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, Logistics, Food Technology, or related fields. Experience: 6 to 8 years of experience in a business analysis, operations, or related role, preferably in Strategy, Marketing, Data Analytics, Manufacturing, logistics, food technology, or supply chain management. Skills & Personal Attributes 1. Strong strategic, analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels for prompt & passionate interfaces. 3. Proven track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 4. High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive business information. 5. Who enjoys challenges & can manage non-structured situations and opportunities. 6. Ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities and proactively contribute to solving business challenges.
