The roles focus on creating short-form video content for user acquisition and performance marketing needs. Job title: Video Editor Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm Working days: Monday to Friday (Alternate Saturday working) Main Responsibilities You will collaborate closely with the internal 3 Media House team to produce, test, and refine videos to be used across social and digital channels. Edit high-quality videos that align with each brand’s style and tone of voice. Specialize in social media ads (using stock footage, motion graphics, high-production content) Enhance visuals with motion graphics and sound design Colour correction and color grading experience is must Audio correction and enhancing Record, clean, and enhance high-quality ASMR sound (tapping, whispers, natural ambiance, etc.) Syncing audio with video (dialogue, ambient sound, voiceovers). Adding background music, sound effects, and adjusting levels for clarity. Ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, and continuity. Aligning visuals with the script, storyboard, or director’s vision. Work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Collaborate with team members to implement client feedback effectively. Stay up-to-date with video content trends and conversion-driven editing techniques. Collaborate with creative teams, producers, and clients to bring ideas to life Work on a mix of short-form and long-form projects, ensuring each piece is polished and professional What You’ll Bring 4+ years’ experience A proven ability to create short-form video ads (15–60 seconds) that deliver measurable results. Expertise in leading video editing software. Ideally, a familiarity with AI or generative content tools to enhance workflow and ideation. A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, clarity, and impact. An instinctive understanding of what captures attention and compels action. Are proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects and DaVinci Have a solid understanding of cinematography, pacing, and visual storytelling Effective communication & interpersonal skills. Should have a laptop or PC (that supports the editing software) with a good Wi-Fi connection to work from home.
