Role Description This is a full-time on-site Billing Executive role located in Hyderabad - Corporate Office. The Billing Executive will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant billing operations within our chocolate manufacturing business. This role is critical in maintaining smooth financial transactions with distributors, retailers, and corporate clients, while supporting the company’s commitment to transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and issue invoices for wholesale, retail, and institutional clients in line with company policies. • Verify sales orders, delivery notes, and pricing before generating bills. • Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and credit notes in ERP/accounting systems. • Reconcile billing data with sales and inventory reports to ensure accuracy. • Handle queries from clients and internal teams regarding billing discrepancies. • Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with the sales/collections team for follow-ups. • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements relevant to the food manufacturing industry. • Support monthly/quarterly closing activities by providing billing data and reports. • Assist in audits by preparing documentation and responding to queries. Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of billing processes, accounting principles, and taxation (especially GST). Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho). Attention to detail with excellent numerical and analytical skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions under tight deadlines. Good communication skills for coordination with sales, logistics, and finance teams. Integrity and accountability in handling financial data. 🎓 Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, or Finance. 2–4 years of experience in billing/accounts, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing. Knowledge of chocolate/confectionery industry processes will be an added advantage.
