About LSC:

The Logistics Sector Skill Council (LSC) is a Section 8 company under the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship. We aim to enhance skills, foster industry partnerships, and develop engaging educational content to transform the logistics ecosystem.

We are currently looking for a 2D Animation Intern to join our in-house creative team and contribute to the development of impactful and educational visual content.

Role Overview:

As a 2D Animation Intern, you will work closely with our design and content teams to develop animated assets and visual content for training, education, and social media. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-time experience in creating animations and visuals for national-level skilling initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create 2D animation videos and courses based on scripts or voiceovers provided.
• Assist in designing characters, environments, and motion sequences.
• Develop creatives and visual assets for social media, presentations, and internal communication.
• Support senior animators and editors in post-production tasks like compositing, typography, and basic video editing.
• Learn and assist in storyboarding, animation pipelines, and project workflows.
• Collaborate with the content and development team to visualise skilling concepts.

Tools You’ll Work With:

• Adobe After Effects / Illustrator / Photoshop / Premiere Pro
• (Optional: Exposure to Blender or Maya is a plus.)

Eligibility Criteria:

• Students pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of 2D animation tools and principles.
• A strong creative portfolio or academic project work (submit if available).
• Passion for visual storytelling, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Bonus (Good to Have):

• Basic understanding of sound syncing, colour theory, and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with plugins like Duik and Rubber Hose (added advantage).
• Knowledge of Blender or Unity (not mandatory).
