2D Interior Designers

Role Overview: As a 2D Interior Designer at Home One, you will play a key role in designing aesthetically appealing layouts, floor plans, and visual representations for a variety of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. You will collaborate closely with senior designers, architects, and clients to bring interior design concepts to life while ensuring they meet both functional and aesthetic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 2D interior design plans, floor plans, elevations, and layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. - Create mood boards, color palettes, and material selections to effectively communicate design concepts. - Collaborate with the design team to refine and finalize design plans and client presentations. - Prepare accurate and high-quality technical drawings, including furniture arrangements, lighting, and spatial layouts. - Utilize software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Adobe Illustrator to create 2D renderings and blueprints. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to specify materials and finishes. - Revise designs based on client feedback, site conditions, and feasibility assessments. - Ensure design concepts align with project timelines, budgets, and client expectations. - Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and techniques within the interior design industry. - Assist with project management tasks and documentation. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a 2D Interior Designer or similar role within the interior design industry. - Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant design tools. - Strong understanding of spatial planning, interior design principles, and design styles. - Ability to create high-quality, detailed 2D floor plans and technical drawings. - Strong visual and creative skills, with a keen eye for color, composition, and style. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with clients and team members. - A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred but not required. - Previous experience in residential or commercial design projects is a plus.,
